Had a fun stay at Lotus! The reception by Mr Sumanta was top-notch and made a great first impression. The location was super convenient, with easy access to shops and the metro. Just wish the pool area was a bit more inviting!

my stay was incredible, as I could easily explore attractions like Bur Dubai Abra Dock, which is just over 2 km away, and the Al Ghurair Center, located only about 500 meters from my hotel, making it super convenient for a weekend stroll.

I stayed for a night in an Executive Double Room while exploring the nearby attractions like Deira City Center Shopping Mall and the Dubai Dolphinarium which were very accessible. The room was spacious but had some issues. I noticed that there were cleanliness concerns that needed attention. the location was convenient for grabbing a quick bite or shopping, making my short visit manageable.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious, giving you a little extra breathing room. The Indian restaurant on site has solid offerings that can really hit the spot after a long day.

Severe issues marred my experience. I struggled with inconsistent electricity and Wi-Fi. The lingering smoke smell in the room was hard to ignore. The shower curtain was on its last legs, and the pool was disappointingly small, not quite matching up to what you'd expect from a four-star rating. There were also cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, and drains just didn't deal well with water, leaving flooded floors. All this made it feel more like a budget option than a proper four-star joint.

The room was a bit outdated, but the view of the city was awesome! I was only there for 1 night, so it wasn't too bad. The staff were polite, which helped. the air conditioning was way too cold. It also didn't feel super fresh like I hoped it would. it's okay for a short stay but needs some upgrades.
